This
extraordinary rafting trip takes you down the mighty Pacuare River through
virgin forests and steep gorges towering above the riverbanks. After being
picked up at your hotel in a comfortable minibus, you will be driven through Pavones and past scenic sugarcane and coffee plantations on the way to the
river put-in at Tres Equis .
After
everyone is briefed on safety measures, an incredible rafting journey down
this world-renowned river begins. Untouched wilderness stretches out in

stretches of powerful rapids. The thick undergrowth provides shelter for
jaguars, ocelots, monkeys, sloths and a myriad of species of colorful
tropical birds.
A
delicious lunch of sandwiches, fruits and juice will be served along the
edge of the river. While the guides prepare the food, rafters have plenty of
time to relax and enjoy the spectacular surroundings.
